About Sevenoaks

Sevenoaks is a prosperous Kent commuter town whose name reflects seven oak trees historically associated with the area. Knole, a vast former archbishop’s palace and deer park, dominates its heritage and is now managed by the National Trust. The town developed around coaching routes, schools and later fast rail links to London. With the North Downs, highly regarded schools and village-like neighbourhoods nearby, Sevenoaks has one of Kent’s strongest premium rental markets.
