These Subscription & Billing Terms govern all paid products, subscriptions, memberships, advertising packages, verification services, lead purchases, and premium services offered through the DR Rent Platform.

By purchasing any paid service from DR Rent, you agree to these Terms.

DR Rent reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue services.

3. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through:

Stripe
Debit Card
Credit Card
Digital Wallet Providers
Future Approved Payment Providers

Payment processing is subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.

DR Rent does not store full payment card information.

4. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions may be offered on:

Trial periods

Subscription details will be displayed at the point of purchase.

5. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated:

Subscriptions automatically renew.
Payment methods will be charged automatically.
Renewals occur at the start of each billing cycle.

By purchasing a subscription you authorise DR Rent to collect recurring payments using your chosen payment method.

6. Free Trials

Where free trials are offered:

Trial periods are limited.
Trials may convert automatically into paid subscriptions.
Conversion dates will be disclosed before activation.

Failure to cancel before the end of a trial may result in charges being applied.

Lead packs may provide access to:

Tenant details
Messaging access
Lead contact information
Lead unlock functionality

Lead pack purchases:

Do not guarantee tenancy agreements.
Do not guarantee tenant responses.
Do not guarantee lead quality.

Lead credits expire according to the package purchased.

Unused credits may expire.

8. DR Rent Pro+ Subscriptions

DR Rent Pro+ may include:

Unlimited tenant leads
Compliance tracking
Certificate reminders
Maintenance management
Contractor assignment tools
Communication records
Document vaults
Analytics dashboards

Features may evolve over time.

DR Rent does not guarantee uninterrupted access to specific features.

9. Contractor Postcode Packages

Contractors may purchase postcode coverage.

Subscription benefits may include:

Search visibility
Premium placement
Featured positions
Enhanced profile visibility

Advertising packages do not guarantee:

Lead volume
Revenue
Bookings
Contracts

10. Verification Services

Verification products may include:

Identity verification
Credit checks
Right to Rent verification
Contractor verification
Business verification

Verification services may involve third-party providers.

Once processing begins, verification fees are generally non-refundable.

11. Price Changes

DR Rent may change:

Subscription prices
Package prices
Lead pricing
Verification fees

Where practical, reasonable notice will be provided before changes take effect.

Price changes will not normally affect the current billing period already paid for.

12. Failed Payments

Where payment fails, DR Rent may:

Retry payment collection.
Suspend account features.
Restrict service access.
Cancel subscriptions.

Users remain responsible for outstanding charges.

13. Account Suspension for Non-Payment

DR Rent may suspend:

Listings
Lead access
Messaging functionality
Advertising visibility
Premium features

until outstanding balances are cleared.

14. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law, the following are generally non-refundable once delivered:

Lead purchases
Credit checks
Verification services
Advertising placements
Used subscription periods
Downloaded reports

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

15. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered where:

Duplicate payments occurred.
Technical errors prevented service delivery.
Legal obligations require a refund.
DR Rent determines a refund is appropriate.

Any goodwill refund remains entirely at DR Rent's discretion.

16. Chargebacks

Users agree to contact DR Rent before initiating chargebacks.

Where chargebacks occur, DR Rent may:

Suspend accounts.
Remove access to services.
Recover outstanding amounts.
Contest fraudulent chargeback claims.

17. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions through their account dashboard.

Cancellation:

Stops future renewals.
Does not normally trigger refunds.
Allows access until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

18. Service Availability

DR Rent aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee:

Continuous uptime.
Continuous feature availability.
Continuous access to third-party integrations.

Maintenance and upgrades may temporarily affect services.

19. Promotional Offers

DR Rent may offer:

Discount codes
Introductory offers
Free trials
Promotional pricing

Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

Offers cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated.

20. Taxes

Prices displayed may be:

Inclusive of VAT; or
Exclusive of VAT

depending on applicable tax laws and business status.

Users remain responsible for any taxes applicable to their purchases.

21. Limitation of Liability

Subscription outcomes

DR Rent provides technology and marketplace services only.

22. Termination of Paid Services

DR Rent may terminate access to paid services where:

Fraud is suspected.
Terms are breached.
Abuse occurs.
Legal obligations require action.

Termination may occur without notice where necessary.

23. Changes to These Terms

DR Rent may modify these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform.

Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
