What can a guarantor see?
Guarantors only ever see information the tenant has explicitly granted — never private documents or sensitive reports.
You may be granted
- Rent status and payment history
- Arrears and missed-payment alerts
- Tenancy status and notice events
You will never see
- Private messages
- Identity documents
- Credit or referencing reports
- Any hidden communications
Every view and notification is recorded in an audit trail, and the tenant can adjust or revoke your access at any time.
