- Property Managers
- Contractors

- Business Users
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Purpose of This Policy
DR Rent exists to create a professional, safe, compliant, and trustworthy property ecosystem.
This Policy protects:
- Users
- Properties
- Personal data
- Platform integrity
- Compliance systems
- Communications
- Marketplace functionality
2. General User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Act honestly.
- Act lawfully.
- Treat others respectfully.
- Protect personal information.
- Follow Platform rules.
- Comply with UK law.
Users remain responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Break the law.
- Commit fraud.
- Mislead other users.
- Misrepresent themselves.
- Abuse Platform services.
- Attempt unauthorised access.
- Disrupt Platform operations.
4. False Information
Users must not submit:
- False identities.
- Fake addresses.
- Fake employment information.
- Fake ownership claims.
- Fake qualifications.
- Fake insurance certificates.
- Fake reviews.
- Forged documents.
Providing false information may result in:
- Immediate suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
- Reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Fraud & Deception
The following activities are prohibited:
- Identity fraud.
- Payment fraud.
- Verification fraud.
- Chargeback fraud.
- Listing fraud.
- Review manipulation.
- Misrepresentation of services.
DR Rent may investigate and report suspected fraud.
6. Property Listing Abuse
Landlords and agents must not:
- Create fake listings.
- Advertise unavailable properties.
- Upload misleading photographs.
- Misrepresent property condition.
- Conceal material information.
- Create duplicate listings designed to manipulate search rankings.
Listings found to be misleading may be removed without notice.
7. Tenant Profile Abuse
Tenants must not:
- Create duplicate accounts.
- Submit fake documentation.
- Misrepresent financial circumstances.
- Misrepresent occupancy requirements.
- Misrepresent verification status.
8. Contractor Profile Abuse
Contractors must not:
- Misrepresent qualifications.
- Misrepresent insurance.
- Claim certifications not held.
- Use misleading business information.
- Create false customer reviews.
Verified status may be removed immediately where abuse is identified.
9. Harassment & Abuse
Users must not:
- Threaten others.
- Intimidate others.
- Harass others.
- Bully others.
- Stalk users.
- Use offensive language.
- Send abusive communications.
This applies to:
- Messages
- Reviews
- Comments
- Support requests
- Uploaded content
10. Discrimination
Users must comply with:
- Equality Act 2010
- Housing legislation
- Anti-discrimination laws
The following are prohibited:
- Racial discrimination
- Religious discrimination
- Disability discrimination
- Gender discrimination
- Sexual orientation discrimination
- Ethnic discrimination
Examples include:
- "No Asians"
- "Whites only"
- "Christians only"
- "No Muslims"
- "No disabled people"
Accounts engaging in discriminatory behaviour may be suspended immediately.
11. Spam & Unsolicited Communications
Users must not:
- Send spam messages.
- Send unsolicited marketing.
- Mass-message users.
- Use automated messaging tools.
- Abuse contact information obtained through the Platform.
12. Data Scraping & Automation
Users must not:
- Scrape Platform data.
- Harvest personal information.
- Use bots to collect leads.
- Use automated tools to access content.
- Reverse engineer Platform systems.
Written permission is required for any automated access.
13. Platform Security
Users must not attempt to:
- Circumvent security controls.
- Access restricted areas.
- Gain unauthorised access to accounts.
- Test vulnerabilities.
- Interfere with system operations.
Security incidents may be reported to relevant authorities.
14. Malware & Harmful Software
Users must not upload or distribute:
- Viruses
- Malware
- Spyware
- Ransomware
- Malicious scripts
- Harmful code
Any detected malicious activity may result in immediate termination.
15. File Uploads
Users must not upload:
- Illegal content.
- Offensive material.
- Copyright-infringing material.
- Harmful software.
- False documentation.
DR Rent reserves the right to remove uploaded content without notice.
16. Review Manipulation
Users must not:
- Create fake reviews.
- Purchase reviews.
- Offer incentives for reviews without disclosure.
- Submit reviews for services not received.
DR Rent may remove reviews and suspend accounts where manipulation is identified.
17. Lead Misuse
Users purchasing leads must not:
- Resell lead information.
- Share lead information unlawfully.
- Contact users for unrelated marketing.
- Use information outside the intended purpose.
Lead information remains protected personal data.
18. Payment Abuse
Users must not:
- Abuse refund policies.
- Submit fraudulent chargebacks.
- Circumvent payment systems.
- Manipulate billing systems.
DR Rent reserves the right to recover losses arising from abuse.
19. Intellectual Property
Users must not:
- Copy Platform content.
- Reproduce Platform designs.
- Reuse branding without permission.
- Distribute copyrighted materials unlawfully.
All Platform intellectual property remains the property of AGEPC LTD or its licensors.
20. Moderation Rights
DR Rent reserves the right to:
- Review content.
- Remove content.
- Edit content.
- Suspend accounts.
- Restrict access.
- Refuse services.
Moderation decisions may be made without prior notice where necessary.
21. Reporting Violations
Users may report suspected violations through:
- Support channels
- Platform reporting tools
- Abuse reporting systems
DR Rent will investigate reports where appropriate.
22. Enforcement Actions
Where violations occur, DR Rent may:
- Issue warnings.
- Remove content.
- Restrict functionality.
- Suspend accounts.
- Permanently terminate accounts.
- Report matters to regulators or law enforcement.
Enforcement decisions are made at DR Rent's sole discretion.
23. Appeals
Users may request a review of certain moderation decisions.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
DR Rent's decision following review shall be final.
24. Limitation of Liability
DR Rent is not responsible for:
- User behaviour.
- User content.
- Third-party communications.
- Business losses resulting from enforcement action.
Nothing in this Policy limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
25. Changes to This Policy
DR Rent may update this Policy periodically.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
26. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
