GDPR: how do I access or delete my data?

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

  • Download my data: from settings, request an export — we'll email a copy within 30 days
  • Delete my account: from settings, choose Delete. We soft-delete with a 30-day grace period, then erase your personal data
  • Marketing preferences: opt out at any time from your profile
